California’s Property Tax Postponement Program allows homeowners who are seniors, blind, or have a disability, and meet income and other requirements, to postpone payment of property taxes on their primary residence. The Every Woman Counts program offers free breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services to medically underserved, low-income Californians. Women 40 years or older and those who have symptoms at any age, regardless of gender, may qualify for breast diagnostic services.

El programa Toda Mujer Cuenta ofrece exámenes y servicios de diagnóstico gratuitos para el cáncer de mama y de cuello uterino, a californianas de bajos ingresos, sin servicios médicos. Las mujeres a partir de los 40 años y aquellas que presenten síntomas a cualquier edad, independientemente de su sexo, pueden calificar para recibir servicios de diagnóstico de mama.

Los Angeles may be known as the land of strip malls, but it all began right here in Panorama City! In 1973 La Mancha Development Co built the first modern “mini-mall” at Osborne Street and Woodman Avenue, bringing forth this new era of retail convenience in the Valley and quickly spreading across greater Los Angeles.
